The bot is an information and intake tool, not a substitute for a minister, chaplain or pastoral worker.

Can it actually book a wedding or baptism?

No, and we'd encourage you not to try. Life-event conversations need a human. What the bot does well is gather the right details — names, preferred dates, contact info, any special circumstances — and send them to your team so the right person can follow up warmly.

We have a small volunteer team. Will this be too much to manage?
